It seems to be unreal or even weird. We are driving through the night. The beauty of the Austrian Mühlviertel is hardly perceptible because everything is covered with snow.
Are we really going to pick up our new adventure bikes?

Of course, in a few minutes we will meet Manfred. Manfred is the owner of Husqvarna Hinterndorfer in Austria and he will join our first official team convention.
Although we are meeting the first time, the four of us are relaxed. But also excited about the upcoming events. We are enjoying the traditional food and some beers during the “Kuchl Buffet”. Bernd handed over the official team shirt and some useful equipment. It is going to be a long night.

The next morning. We are getting more and more excited. It is 9am. After a short breakfast we are already on the way to Königswiesen.

Here they are. Four brand new Husqvarna 701 Enduro -Model 2018- have been prepared by Manfred. All fitted with a Remus rear silencer instead of the original exhaust. They are good looking. We are starting the engines. That is adventure should sound like.

There is still a lot to do, but we are one step ahead the “Point of No Return!“
