You might remember the start of the journey and the lost motorcycle keys. There is a update on the performance of the German courier service DHL. We shipped the keys seperated from the bikes on the 12th February 2019 and according DHL they got lost somewhere within the German transport route.
Being back for more than two month – we all got into our normal life and business. I can speak only for myself – I often look back on a fantastic experience with a lot of new impressions.
The fight between our travel schedule and the freight companies is finished. We have one big looser, one penultimate and one absolute best Service Provider at all!
Together with the OMEGA 701 Rally Kit we ordered individual graphics for our motorcycles. Working on the design is ongoing in cooperation with Racestar Graffix SA.
After I broke my ankle in December in a test in Spain (Weber B for connoisseurs,), it will be better again. I was allowed to spend a few days in the University Hospital in Reus, where my leg was again screwed together super. The ADAC took me home by plane and also returned my Landy Defender. Everyone helped me a lot and did a great job. Thanks again to Sandra and Bernd, who organized everything and took my moped with me.

What’s going on right now…
Sending a motorcycle from Germany to South Africa is not daily business for us. After packaging and paper work nothing else then waiting can be done. So it’s quite interesting to know where on earth the motorcycles are.
While watching all the different videos about “how to” and “where to” ride, you find a little amazing stuff and mostly boring stuff with nearly no useful information.
